  • Can I add this to any other treatments?

    You may add this after waxing, micro-needling and serum applications as it will help expedite the body’s repair process. In case of chemical peels, it should be done prior to.

  • Can I add this to all my facial services?

    Definitely! You can add TAMA to any of your facial services as it complements your efforts and produces extraordinary results.

  • What is the suggested treatment cost?

    The amount one can charge has very much to do with their demographics. Our suggested average cost is $125 for one session of TAMA Microcurrent facial.

  • What is a typical ROI?

    Based on a survey conducted among our clients, the Return On Investment is on average from 3 to 6 months.

  • How can I finance my TAMA system?

  • What is the minimum number of treatments to see results?

    In many cases, results can be seen in the first session, as it depends on skin condition, ethnic background and nutrition. Typical series are 6 sessions for sustainable results for most people.

  • Can the treatment be performed every day?

    We recommend no more than two treatments per week. Increasing the treatment sessions may not produce any better results than the recommended schedule. It is better to have rest days in between treatments, much like working out at the gym.

  • How many treatments are required?

    The number of sessions depends on the patient’s age, ethnicity, skin condition and lifestyle. In some cases a single treatment session shows visible results. For long lasting results and muscle reeducation, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly maintenance sessions are recommended.

  • What is TAMA BlueOnyx treatment?

    It is a form of electrotherapy using subsesory levels of electromagnetic waves to restore the body’s natural ability to heal and reach homeostasis. The effects are immediate and cumulative. The holistic, non-invasive therapy is preventative, as well as corrective.

  • What is the difference between TAMA Microcurrent and body/sculpt machines made by other manufacturers?

    Microcurrent does not cause muscle contraction and is therefore approved by most states to be used by aestheticians. Body machines are Electrically-powered Muscle Stimulators (EMS) with much higher output current. They result in intense twitching of muscles during treatment. EMS machines cannot be used by aestheticians, as they are considered outside their scope of practice. Check with your state board regarding the applicable regulations governing MC and EMS machines.
