Place your online order
Ship to an address within the United States
Orders will ship within 24 hours for accessories and 3-5 days business for BlueOnyx Systems.
All orders are packed and shipped pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected.

1-2 Day guaranteed delivery
1-2 Business days, not available to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories

Shipping Restrictions

Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (mail@tamareasearch.com).

Refused Packages
A $20 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during your checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. We recommend that you choose the “Signature Required” option during checkout.

Back-ordered items
All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of charge to the customer. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.

Additional Shipping Details
Orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.
We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
TAMA Research strictly follows all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States.

Returns

We strive to make our clients feel special and we’re thrilled when you love your experience with our unique product selection.
However we realize that there are cases where a product just might not be a good fit, so if you are not satisfied with any products you purchased from tamareasearch.com, simply email us at mail@tamareasearch.com. Although there is no return policy, we may be able to allow credit for another piece of equipment that TAMA offers. No returns on accessories.
